Every TRCC find gets a proper pre-adoption once-over before it meets you. Preloved pieces are freshly washed, carefully steamed and thoroughly checked, while new-with-tags pieces keep those lovely tags exactly where they are. We photograph everything honestly, record its condition and tell you about the bits you actually need to know.

No mystery marks. No carefully hidden flaws. No opening the parcel and wondering whether you bought the same thing you saw online.

Packed with proper care

This is where we get a little carried away. And we make absolutely no apology for it.

Every adopted item is individually wrapped in tissue paper and gets its own “Hello, my name is…” sticker before being tucked into a proper box, stamped with The Reloved Clothing Company coral stamp.

Inside you’ll also find your Certificate of Adoption and a thank-you card, because sending a reloved piece off to its next home deserves considerably more ceremony than stuffing it into a plastic mailing bag.
