Changed your mind?
No problem.
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you would like to return your order.
Once you have told us, you then have 14 days to send the item back.
Condition of returns
Items must be returned:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in the same condition they were received
- with any TRCC tags still attached, where applicable
Items returned in a different condition may be refused or refunded partially.
They’ve already lived one life. We just ask they don’t go on another adventure before coming back to us 😉
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We will always process refunds within the timescales required by law.
Return postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, just to keep things safe on the journey home.

- your order number
- the item name
- reason for return, optional but helpful

Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items
Every item is carefully checked and photographed before it leaves us.
However, if something slips through the net, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can put it right quickly.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery charges & returns
If you paid for standard delivery and return your full order, your standard delivery charge will be refunded where required by law.
If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
If your original order qualified for free UK delivery and you return one or more items, bringing the value of the items you keep below £50, the standard delivery charge may be deducted from your refund.
This means free UK delivery only applies where the final value of the items kept is £50 or more after any returns.
A quick note
We’re a small, independent business, and every item is carefully sourced, checked, and packed by hand.
That means returns have a bigger impact than they would for big retailers. We really appreciate your understanding and care when ordering.
