We specialise in carefully sourced, preloved clothing that’s been cleaned, checked, and given a second chance to shine. Every item is part of our Shop & Adopt experience, meaning you’re not just buying clothes; you’re giving them a new home.
2. The Nature of Preloved Items
All items sold by us are preloved (second-hand) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
This means:
- Items may show minor signs of wear
- We aim to highlight any noticeable flaws in descriptions and/or photos
- Condition is always reflected in the price
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

3. Product Descriptions & Measurements
We take great care to provide:

- Clear photographs
- Key measurements
However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Fit may vary between brands and styles
👉 We strongly recommend checking measurements before purchasing
We are not responsible for items that do not fit if measurements have been provided.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Once an order is placed:
- You will receive an order confirmation email
- This does not guarantee acceptance of the order
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders due to stock errors
- Cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud
If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are listed in £ GBP.

6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout

We offer standard UK delivery for £4.95.
Free UK delivery is available when you spend over £50. Delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
7. Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your adopted item, but if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day after your order is delivered to tell us you would like to return it.

Once you have told us, you then have 14 days to send the item back to us. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with any TRCC tags or packaging included. This includes any complimentary/free gifts received.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. If you choose a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

If your original order qualified for free UK delivery and you return one or more items, bringing the value of items you keep below £50, the standard delivery charge may be deducted from your refund.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
